Stillwell is not at the market

Confirm that you completed the later Plaza expansion rather than only the original Saturday Market unlock. Finish earlier Town Repairs, reach Gold Town Rank, read Nora's letter, donate all five material types, speak to Adeline after filling the box, and wait for the next Saturday. Version 1.0.3 fixed requests appearing before new vendors arrived.

Mission kills are not counting

Update to version 1.0.4 or later first. That patch specifically fixes Stillwell Quest kill tracking and monster names. Older elevator workarounds describe a pre-fix version.

The board is empty after a turn-in

Current public sources do not establish whether the next Mission appears immediately, the next day, or the next Saturday. This page does not turn that gap into a fixed refresh rule.
