Reach Mines Floor 100 to unlock the Dragon-Forged Core recipe.
Craft the core at the Dragon Forge on Floor 90, then craft the ring at a normal Blacksmithing Station.
Hold the Engagement Ring, choose Discuss with your partner, and select a wedding date.

Once your partner accepts, choose a valid date and complete the three planning conversations that lead into the wedding day. Keep talking to your partner instead of assuming the ceremony begins immediately after using the ring.
